DO NOT use any oil or silicone based solutions on your rims, tires, car or moldings prior to your appointment. If your car has had any paint work done recently, please notify the installer. If your car has had a recent paint job, the clear coat needs to fully cure before it can be liquid wrapped.
Can I have my deposit back if I change my mind?
In the event that you change your mind on getting a service done, or something happens to your vehicle and you are not able to get a service completed by one of our installers, the deposit for those services are non refundable. Paying a deposit shows that you intend to buy the service and it means you are entering into a contract with the installer. All deposits are used to order fresh materials specifically for your car. We can not return materials to our wholesalers. If you need to cancel/ reschedule an appointment for a later day, there is a cancellation/rescheduling fee involved. If appointment needed is more than 2 weeks in the future, a new deposit my be required and new materials may have to be ordered due to shelf life of certain materials. Please contact the installer for specific details.
Are appointments required or can I just pop up?
All appointments require at least a 20% deposit up front to order material and reserve your spot for the day of your appointment. To schedule appointment, contact the installer closest to you, or call 267-416-0666 to be directed to your closest installer.
You may drop off the deposit to your installer directly, or cashapp them the deposit through their individual shop's cashapp accounts. Please contact your installer for specific details.
Can you use left over material from my car to touch up any damage I may encounter later on?
If you damage your wrap, new material will have to be ordered. We do not save left over scraps, as they do not have a long shelf life and tend to dry out or become brittle when not applied to the car. Every car gets fresh materials, even if its just to fix a scratch.
